CLIENT CHARTER Mission Statement “The mission of Plovdiv CCI is to be a reference point for exhaustive and relevant information on business matters and assistance to local business , small and medium-sized enterprises, organisations and persons , thus trying to increase their awareness , competitiveness , within the overall efforts to stimulate development of regional industry.” 1. Our PCCI’s working hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
2. You can reach us during our office hours, excluding lunch times. In case we are out of office due to unforeseen circumstances, an answering machine will answer your call and we will respond as soon as possible.
3. Response to all telephone, written, fax or e-mail inquiries will be sent within 48 hours. When a question cannot be answered to the best of our ability, a follow-up report will be provided at the time, including the estimated time for completion of the enquiry.
4. You will be signposted to other reference sources in cases which we fail to answer your questions, due to irrelevancy of the issue or questions out of our scope of competence.
5. All visitors with fixed appointments will be received at the appointed time. In case this is not possible due to unexpected circumstances, an explanation will be given and amended arrangements will be made. We will tend to the best of our ability to provide the health & safety of all visitors to the PCCI.
6. We will try our best to receive any visitors without appointments whenever possible. If it is not possible to see them immediately, we will arrange an appointment.
7. The personnel of our PCCI is specially trained in their personal areas of competence , specialisation in customer care. They will treat clients and their inquiries courteously and efficiently.
8. Due fees and charges for any of our services will be agreed in advance wherever possible, and payable immediately after service delivery. A proper invoice / cash receipt of payment will be issued at the Cashier’s desk at the office.
9. The PCCI is always trying to improve its services and any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Any remarks or complaints about the quality of our service will immediately be processed for consideration to the members of PCCI responsible.
